We knew Kate + Mike were two very smart people (Kate DID go to Harvard after all), but when they mentioned to us that they were getting married in Cancun… we knew they were brilliant! Their decision to get married via a destination wedding, actually is what got Trent and I thinking about our own wedding– and now, we’re set to marry in Maui, Hawaii (rather than a location off I-95). I guess I can say I am ‘forever indebted’ to Kate + Mike for giving us our own wedding revelation. As such, when Kate asked me to shoot their wedding in Cancun, there’s no way I could have said no. I am truly honored to have been included in their big day, and even more honored to call these two friends. Without further adieu… I invite you to check out their amazing day in paradise!!!
Inevitably, as we were doing some of our pre-wedding shots of the girls, we kept running into random strangers like this dude… had to make sure I captured some of our new friends, so you can truly feel like you were there with us on this wonderful day!
While the girls were busy still getting ready, I hopped on over to check on the gentlemen to see how things were going for them…
I returned to join the ladies before they headed over to the ceremony location… and oh what fun we continued to have!
While the girls steady themselves and prepare for the fierce Mexican winds down on the beach below… The gentlemen and crowd eagerly await their arrival…
And they live happily ever after… 😉
While cocktails are being served beach side… the wedding party and I sneak away for a little pier photoshoot action…
